EXPERTISE
Since forgeries have increasingly appeared, we offer museums, galleries, auction houses and private individuals the preparation of an expert opinion on works by Raimund Girke.
Proof of the authenticity of a work will only be issued by the Raimund Girke estate if the work can be clearly attributed to the artist Raimund Girke.
The basis for a confirmation of authenticity is the artist's archive as well as our level of knowledge. In order to be able to draw up an expert opinion, we first require meaningful photos of the
work. (Front and back side and signature, in at least 300 dpi).
Depending on the circumstances, we will inform you whether the work must be presented for inspection in the original; such an appointment can take place either at your premises or at ours.
The costs for an appraisal vary for works on paper Euro 300, for oil paintings Euro 580, for an appraisal on site depending on the time required.
